Insurance coverage does not apply to liability claims arising from activities related to advice on or handling of non-European law, with the exception of Turkish law, nor to liability claims resulting from activities outside the European Union, again with the exception of Turkey. Liability claims arising from activities conducted by foreign subsidiaries, foreign branches or offices of any kind, or companies linked through cooperation agreements abroad, are not covered.

Extrajudicial Dispute Resolution
